This website is operated by Codiste Pvt Ltd. Advertising or promoting this website, its content, its services, or any related Codiste offering by way of spam or unsolicited bulk messages is not permitted. The terms below bind Codiste and everyone acting on its behalf.
2. Scope
This policy covers every Codiste employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, partner, vendor, and service provider, together with anyone else sending electronic communications for Codiste or on its behalf. Email, SMS, and messages across social or professional networks all fall within it, whether sent individually or in bulk.
3. Prohibited practices

4. Permitted communications

Each one names Codiste as the sender, carries an accurate subject line, includes valid contact details and a physical postal address, and provides a clear way to opt out.
5. Opt-out
Opt-out requests are acted upon promptly. An address that opts out is added to a suppression list and remains clear of further promotional messages, except where the law requires contact or where confirming the opt-out requires it. Suppression records are retained so that re-contact does not occur.

Codiste will investigate, halt any non-compliant activity, and may terminate the access or engagement of anyone in breach.
